What: Annual Nanny Picnic

at Winnetka Avenue in Golden Valley . The street address is 200 Brookview
Parkway , Golden Valley . From Highway 55, exit South on Winnetka Avenue . Turn
right onto Brookview Parkway to enter the park area. We will meet near the

Bring a potluck item to share, a beverage, your own chair or blanket,
your family, other nanny friends, and a smile. Non-members are welcome to attend!

year TCPN is holding a joint nanny-child picnic with our business member
Nannies from the Heartland. The picnic is a great time to bring kids of
various ages together for games and crafts. It is asked
that nannies bring food for their own kids. Additional beverages will be
supplied. More information on the picnic will be sent to those who RSVP to tcpn_mn@hotmail.com by August 3rd.

This is an educational event with a video and discussion time.

Where: To be held at a local library – location, date and
time will be set when we know availability

Horgan of Cape Cod Children’s Place was the speaker of 2 sessions at the 2012
INA Conference. Funding by the Cape and Islands United Way allowed for the
making of a 4 part DVD series called Raising Healthy Families. We will be
viewing one of Cindy’s sessions called Understanding Development and Effective
Communication. After that we will have the chance to chill and chat with other
TCPN members.

St. Joes during the holiday time receives many donated
gifts for the kids at the children’s home. For many years TCPN members have
shared a few hours of their time to help sort the gifts. We look forward to
continuing this partnership of giving.
